- Name of the tour

- Date

- number of travelers

- city of residence

- hotel name and address in Condesa, Roma, Polanco, Chapultepec or Coyoacan. Otherwise a meeting location 

- name of the person registered and mobile number.

Notes:

​The Chapel is usually closed in Holy week from March 29 to April 14th and from December15th thru January 7th.

Upon request drop off at Casa Frida Kahlo in Coyoacán. (Except groups over 3 people).
